CIGU Maglev Air Compressor - 110-600 kW, ISO 8573-1 Class 0 Oil-Free, Approx. 20% Energy Saving

CIGU Maglev Air Compressor is a high-efficiency oil-free industrial air compressor independently developed by Nanjing CIGU Technology Corp., Ltd. It integrates a high-speed direct-drive motor with magnetic bearing technology, eliminating the need for a speed-up gearbox and lubrication system. According to the product brochure, the compressor can save approximately 20% energy compared with conventional air compressors of the same specification, while delivering 100% oil-free compressed air compliant with ISO 8573-1 Class 0. The system features low vibration, operating noise below 75 dB(A), easy installation and maintenance, and a transmission efficiency close to 100%. Two-stage compression, intermediate cooling, three-dimensional flow impeller design and full 3D flow-field analysis are adopted to improve aerodynamic efficiency. The compressor also supports one-button start/stop, CIGU Cloud remote monitoring, multi-level protection and customized configurations. The product series covers rated powers from 110 kW to 600 kW, with multiple pressure and flow combinations for industrial compressed-air applications.
