




CIGU 37-600 kW Maglev Vacuum Pump | Oil-Free High-Efficiency Industrial Vacuum System
CIGU Maglev Vacuum Pump is designed for industrial applications requiring stable vacuum performance with high efficiency and low operating cost. The system combines a high-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor, active magnetic bearings, a high-efficiency centrifugal impeller, cooling system, electronic control system and separation system. Compared with traditional water ring vacuum pumps, it can save more than 40% energy while providing oil-free operation, lower noise and easier maintenance. The motor rotor and impeller are directly connected without a coupling, eliminating mechanical friction and enabling transmission efficiency close to 100%. The magnetic bearing power consumption is approximately 0.5 kW. A three-dimensional flow impeller design and full 3D flow-field analysis support a wide suction flow operating range of 50% to 110%. The combined external and internal circulation water-cooling system improves cooling efficiency and system stability. Operating noise is below 80 dB(A). With CIGU Cloud remote management, equipment status can be monitored online in real time for convenient operation and service support.
