


CIGU Maglev Centrifugal Chiller | Oil-Free High-Efficiency Industrial Water Chiller
CIGU Maglev Centrifugal Chiller is a high-efficiency, oil-free cooling solution developed on the basis of CIGU's core magnetic bearing technology. Designed for commercial buildings and industrial environments with large chilled-water demand, the unit combines a high-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor, magnetic bearings, and an integrated control system to deliver stable cooling performance with low energy consumption. Compared with traditional chillers, it achieves IPLV up to 11.2 and can reduce energy consumption by about 30% to 50%. Because the rotor operates without mechanical contact, the chiller requires no lubricating oil, no gearbox, and no coupling, which minimizes mechanical loss and helps maintain long-term heat-exchange efficiency. The system also offers low noise below 75 dB(A), easier maintenance, multi-level protection, and remote monitoring through the CIGU Cloud platform. It is suitable for cooling applications in commercial buildings, electronics, biomedical and medical facilities, glass processing, petrochemical plants, food fermentation, and other industrial process-cooling projects.
