




CIGU 100-500 kW Maglev ORC Generator Unit | Oil-Free Low-Temperature Waste Heat Recovery Power Syste
CIGU Maglev ORC Generator Unit is designed to recover low-temperature heat using an Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC). A low-boiling organic working fluid absorbs heat in the evaporator, produces vapor at a certain pressure and temperature, and expands through the generator to produce electricity. Compared with conventional ORC systems, the CIGU unit combines magnetic-bearing technology, a high-speed permanent-magnet synchronous generator and direct-drive architecture to deliver high efficiency, zero leakage, oil-free operation and convenient maintenance. The active magnetic bearing system consumes ≤0.5 kW, generator efficiency is ≥97%, and the closed three-dimensional-flow impeller achieves isentropic efficiency ≥85%. Pre-assembled containerized or modular configurations reduce installation time, while one-button operation, multi-protection functions and CIGU Cloud remote monitoring support reliable operation. Standard models cover 100–500 kW and are suitable for steam and hot-water heat sources, with applications in chemical processing, iron and steel metallurgy, solid-waste incineration, geothermal energy, concentrating solar power and biomass.
