




CIGU 37-400 kW Maglev Centrifugal Blower - Oil-Free High-Efficiency Industrial Blower
CIGU Maglev Centrifugal Blower is an integrated high-efficiency industrial blower built around magnetic bearing technology and a high-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor. The centrifugal impeller and motor are directly coupled, eliminating the gearbox, oil-lubricated bearings and lubrication circulation system used in conventional equipment. This enables 100% oil-free air delivery, very low mechanical loss, low vibration and low noise. The blower uses a self-designed high-efficiency centrifugal impeller, stepless variable-frequency speed control and CIGU Cloud remote monitoring. According to the brochure, overall efficiency can be improved by about 30% compared with volumetric equipment, 20% compared with multistage centrifugal equipment and 12% compared with gear-speed single-stage centrifugal equipment. The compact integrated design reduces installation requirements, while routine maintenance mainly involves air-filter replacement. Four-level power-off protection and remote diagnostics support reliable operation. The series covers 37-400 kW, 40-150 kPa pressure and a broad inlet-flow range for sewage treatment, biological fermentation, flue-gas desulfurization, material handling and metal oxidation applications.
