Rubber Vibration Mounts and Cushions

Rubber vibration mounts and cushions isolate engines, cabs, radiators, compressors and auxiliary units in trucks, buses and construction machinery. The range covers bonded rubber-to-metal mounts, cab cushions, bumper stops, grommets, silent blocks and special shaped pads moulded from NR, NBR or CR compounds on 100T-300T compression presses. Hardness, stiffness curves and fatigue life are set by compound formulation and filler level, so each part is tuned to the customer's mass and excitation data; Beijing HuaTong co-developed heavy-truck engine mounts for Foton Daimler Auman programmes and supplies mount families for Weichai New Energy commercial vehicles. Bonded interfaces are shot-blasted and primed for high pull-out strength, and every batch is checked for hardness, bond integrity and dimensional conformity under IATF 16949:2016.
