Dual-Pane Sliding Window Assembly

Dual-pane sliding window assemblies combine a large fixed pane with a sliding pane in one bonded frame, giving cargo vans and conversion vehicles ventilation without sacrificing security or waterproofing. The frame is roll-formed from coated steel with a glass-run channel, and both panes of tempered glass are set with polyurethane bonding; the sliding pane runs on low-friction guides with an integrated latch. Beijing HuaTong supplies these windows to commercial-vehicle body builders and OEM lines, with opening proportions, corner radii and drainage designed from the customer's body drawing. Options include privacy glass, mesh screens and trim finishes. Production covers glass cutting and edging, frame forming, coating, robot glazing and leak testing under the IATF 16949:2016 system, and the same line produces fixed quarter windows and rear door glass assemblies for programme matching.
