Engine Mounts

Engine mounts bond rubber springs between steel brackets to carry powertrain weight and suppress idle shake and road-input vibration in trucks, pickups and commercial vehicles. Beijing HuaTong produces mounts on injection and compression presses with cast or stamped brackets, controlling static stiffness, dynamic stiffness and loss factor to the OEM specification; failure modes such as rubber separation and bracket fatigue are addressed by primer systems and fatigue testing. The company entered the heavy-truck chassis mounting field in 2014 with engine mount sets for Foton Daimler Auman GTL heavy trucks and continues to supply mount families for Tunland pickup and Ollin truck programmes. Parts can be developed from a vehicle-side envelope drawing or reverse-engineered from a sample, with prototype lead time supported by the in-house tooling shop.
