Molded Rubber Parts and Silicone Hoses

Beyond sealing strips and mounts, Beijing HuaTong molds a broad range of rubber and silicone parts for commercial-vehicle air, cooling and chassis systems: charge-air and radiator hoses in silicone or EPDM, air-intake ducts, bellows, grommets, plugs, sealing washers and custom gaskets. Silicone hoses are reinforced with polyester or aramid fabric for high temperature charge-air circuits, while EPDM and CR parts handle coolant, air and general weather exposure. Parts are molded on injection, transfer and compression presses, and ducts with complex geometry are produced with cores and collapsible tools designed in the in-house tooling shop. This family is the easiest entry point for custom enquiries: customers send a drawing or a sample, the engineering team selects the compound, and first articles follow within the IATF 16949:2016 APQP flow.
