Automotive Sliding Window Assembly

Automotive sliding window assemblies are produced on a dedicated glass glazing and bonding line for vans, light trucks, buses and special vehicles. The black glass-run frame is bonded to tempered glass with a polyurethane adhesive system, giving a watertight, rattle-free unit that installs into the body opening like an OEM part. Frames are made of coated steel or aluminium with integral drain channels and weatherstrips; single-pane and multi-pane layouts, sliding or fixed sections, and clear or privacy glass are all configurable. Beijing HuaTong developed sliding-window frames for Foton View, G7, Toano and Ollin programmes and co-designs new openings with OEM body engineers, so corner radii, glass curvature and latch positions can be matched to the customer's sheet metal. Each assembly passes leak and operating-force checks before packing, and glass complies with vehicle glazing safety requirements.
