Qinghe County Great Wall Sealing Co., Ltd. (formerly Qinghe County Great Wall Sealing Strip Factory) was founded in 1988 and expanded in 1998. It manufactures rubber hose, spiral hose guard, outrigger pads, rubber seal strip, moulded rubber parts, nylon tube, PU tube and PVC cable trunking for construction machinery, agricultural machinery, automotive and general equipment makers. Raw materials include Arlanxeo EPDM, Taiwan NANCAR nitrile rubber, Thai natural rubber and Sinopec plastics, processed on automated rubber and plastic lines with platen vulcanising equipment. The 70,000 sqm plant runs 85 sets of equipment with annual capacity of 6 million rubber hoses, 14 million metres of spiral hose guard and 13 million moulded rubber parts, backed by a 6,000 sqm warehouse. The company supplies Sany Heavy Industry, XCMG, Beiqi Foton, Zoomlion, Great Wall Motors, Deutz-Fahr, YTO Group, Shantui, Shaanqi and Sinotruk, plus international customers Schlumberger, Parker and Douglas. In-house design, CAE, material and process engineers hold 6 invention patents and 8 utility model patents. Quality systems cover ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and IATF 16949:2016, with products tested to RoHS and SGS. OEM and ODM orders are developed from drawings or samples, with MOQ from 10 m and lead time of 7-15 days. Products are exported to the United States, Philippines, India, Germany, France, Australia and Canada.
