Spiral Hose Guard

The guard wraps around hydraulic hoses, oil pipes and cables on excavators, loaders, rollers, pavers, forklifts, cranes, mining machines, forestry and agricultural machinery, protecting them against impact, abrasion, sunlight, oil, acid and alkali and UV exposure. Compared with the steel wire springs used previously, the plastic guard covers almost the whole hose, keeping out ultraviolet light, wind-blown sand and stone strike on site, extending hose and cable service life and improving worksite safety. Sizes cover 5 mm to 300 mm hose diameter, supplied in 2 m, 10 m and 50 m rolls, with other lengths made to order. Black, red, yellow, blue and white are standard and other colours are customised. A flame-retardant grade meeting UL94 V-0 is available for applications with fire-safety requirements.
