Silicone Rubber Tube
Great Wall produces silicone rubber tube for high-temperature connections in construction machinery, industrial equipment, vehicles, intercoolers and turbochargers, carrying water, air and steam as intake and outlet hose. The imported silicone compound works from -40 °C up to 250 °C and above, which suits charge-air, air-conditioning, air filter and heater positions exposed to heat and cold. Constructions are braided or wound, offered as smooth bore with thread reinforcement, fabric-wrapped matte finish, steel-ring skeleton for collapse resistance, and custom special-shaped or multi-port hoses. Inside diameters from 4 mm to 300 mm are produced; working pressure is 1 MPa and hardness is 70±5 Shore A. Red is the standard colour, with blue, black, orange and green made to order. Production follows HG/T2491-2009 and drawings or samples are accepted for custom development.
