EPDM Rubber Hose
Great Wall extrudes and hand-wraps EPDM rubber hose for cooling and heating circuits in vehicles and machinery. The hose transfers water, air, antifreeze, steam and weak acid or alkali liquids in radiators, engine water tanks, heaters and air filter connections. Compounds use US-imported EPDM with more than 45 percent imported raw rubber, giving ozone, ageing, acid and alkali resistance with excellent airtightness and a service life of up to 10 years. Constructions are smooth-bore with a polyester or cotton thread reinforcement layer, fabric-wrapped matte finish with canvas reinforcement, and smooth pure rubber. Hardness is 70±5 Shore A, burst pressure 2 MPa, working pressure 0.6 or 1.0 MPa and working temperature -30 °C to 120 °C. Standard sizes start at 5 mm inside diameter and other dimensions, shaped hoses and special profiles are made to drawing or sample. Every batch is tested to HG/T2491-2009 for high and low temperature and burst performance before shipment.
