NBR Rubber Hose
Great Wall's NBR rubber hose handles low-pressure oil transfer in return lines of automotive and machinery engines and fuel tanks, carrying diesel, gasoline, engine oil, hydraulic oil and lubricating oil. Compounds are based on Taiwan NANCAR nitrile rubber with 30 percent imported raw material, giving stable quality and a service life typically three to four times longer than standard oil hose. Hoses are built with an inner rubber layer, a polyester, cotton thread or canvas reinforcement layer and an outer rubber layer, produced by hand winding or machine extrusion braiding in smooth pure rubber, smooth with thread and fabric-wrapped matte finishes. Hardness is 70±5 Shore A, burst pressure 2 MPa, working pressure 0.6 or 1.0 MPa and working temperature -30 °C to 120 °C. Sizes, wall thickness and lengths are made to customer drawing or sample, and shaped hoses can be developed. Production follows JB/T8406-2008 with pressure and burst testing before shipment.
