Silicone Straight Hoses
by YIJIAXINGReinforced silicone straight hoses are produced in blue, red and black for coolant, heater and charge-air connections on trucks, construction machinery and generator sets. Polyester or aramid reinforcement gives a working pressure suited to truck cooling circuits, and the silicone compound keeps flexibility across roughly -60 to 220 C with strong resistance to coolant additives and ozone. Standard diameters run from small-bore vent lines to 120 mm charge pipes in any length, with colour and hardness selectable for branding or identification. YIJIAXING extrudes, reinforces and autoclave-cures these hoses in-house and supplies them both as OEM part numbers for Weichai, Changchai and Sinotruk programmes and as performance-replacement lengths for export markets in North America, Europe and Africa.
