Qinghe Yijiaxing Auto Parts Co., Ltd. (brand: YIJIAXING) is an OEM manufacturer of rubber and silicone hose assemblies and molded rubber parts for commercial-vehicle engines, cooling systems, charge-air circuits and urea after-treatment lines. Founded in 2012 in Chengguan Industrial Zone, Qinghe County, Xingtai, Hebei Province, the company runs an 8,000 sqm plant with around 50 employees, an annual capacity of about 200,000 pieces and an annual output value of roughly 15 million RMB. Materials cover FKM, silicone (VMQ), AEM, ACM, NBR and EPDM. Production includes three extrusion lines (10,000 pcs / 3 t per 10-hour shift), four 2.5 x 3 m vulcanizing autoclaves, silicone vulcanizing ovens, eight flat-vulcanizing presses for molded parts, an in-house mixing shop, precision cutting, laser marking and CNC tooling, supported by a laboratory with Mooney viscometer, tensile and pressure testers, ozone and low-temperature chambers and 3D-printed checking fixtures for fast, accurate sample validation. YIJIAXING is a tier-1 supplier to Weichai Power with more than 1,000 active silicone and rubber hose part numbers, and also supplies Changchai engines, Sinotruk Jinan heavy trucks (AZ-series intercooler and coolant hoses) and Chengdu Wangpai high-end trucks with FKM high-negative-pressure wire-reinforced hoses. Products are exported to North America, Europe and Africa; target markets are Russia, Mexico and the USA. Certified to IATF 16949:2016 (valid to August 2028), the company offers OEM/ODM development from drawings or samples with a standard 30-day lead time.
