Silicone Elbow and U-Bend Hoses
by YIJIAXINGMolded silicone elbows and U-bends route coolant and charge-air around engine architecture without extra joints. YIJIAXING molds 45, 90, 135 and 180-degree bends, S-shapes, Z-shapes and equal or unequal-diameter combinations, each ply-reinforced and hand-laid at the curve to keep the reinforcement even where flow stress is highest. Steel-ring reinforcement at the shoulders suppresses collapse under vacuum, and hump sections can be integrated for clamp retention. Compounds are VMQ silicone or FKM-lined silicone for oil-side duty, temperature rated from about -60 to 220 C. These shapes are produced as OEM part numbers for Weichai, Sinotruk and Shacman engine bays and as performance replacements for export; samples are validated with 3D-printed checking fixtures under the IATF 16949:2016 system.
