FKM-Lined Silicone Hoses
by YIJIAXINGFKM-lined silicone hoses combine a fluoro-rubber inner tube with a silicone outer layer, giving oil and fuel resistance on the media side together with high-temperature ageing resistance outside. Qinghe Yijiaxing produces this construction for heavy-truck turbocharger, charge-air and crankcase ventilation circuits, where standard silicone would swell in oil mist and standard FKM would lack the thermal cycling life. Hoses are extruded, reinforced and vulcanized in autoclaves, with diameters from about 50 to 120 mm and lengths to customer drawing; Shacman DZ9-series part numbers such as DZ9-5301 to DZ9-5332 and hundreds of Weichai programme hoses are held as repeat items. Development from a drawing or a sample follows the IATF 16949:2016 APQP flow with 3D-printed checking fixtures for first-article validation.
