EPDM Sponge Rubber Seal Strips

Expanded sponge EPDM seal strips provide soft, highly compressible sealing for doors, hatches, electrical cabinets and building joints. The closed-cell sponge recovers after compression without permanent set, keeping water, dust and noise out while tolerating large assembly gaps. Changfeng produces plain and self-gripping sponge profiles, including D, P, E and custom sections, in densities and hardness selected for the application; co-extruded versions combine a sponge bulb with a dense clip-on base so the strip pushes onto a flange without adhesive. Compounds resist UV, ozone and ageing for long outdoor service and can be formulated for flame retardancy. Continuous lengths, cut-to-size gaskets and corner-mitered frames are available.
