Building Rubber Seal Profiles (CF Series)

The CF-series is Changfeng's standard catalogue of building seal profiles: 48 sections covering glazing gaskets, wedge seals, bite gaskets, fin weather seals and setting blocks for aluminum window and curtain-wall systems. Standard sections from CF-1001 to CF-1048 fit common groove sizes from roughly 3 to 25 mm, and dimensioned section drawings are available for every number. All profiles are extruded in weather-resistant EPDM with 60 +/- 5 Shore A hardness, tensile strength above 10 MPa and stable performance from -40 to +120 C. Standard sections ship from stock, and the same sections can be produced with sponge bulbs, colours or self-adhesive backing on request. Custom cross-sections are welcomed with short tooling lead time.
