Automotive EPDM Rubber Seal Strips for Car Door and Window

Changfeng automotive EPDM seal strips are made from premium EPDM compound with outstanding ageing, ozone and weather resistance and stable flexibility from -40 to +120 C. The dense (solid) seal series covers door, window, hood, trunk, windshield and glass-run profiles supplied to passenger car, commercial vehicle and new energy vehicle programmes. Sections are extruded on triple co-extrusion lines and can combine hard rubber beads with soft edges, steel inserts and flocking for low sliding friction. Custom sections are developed from the customer's drawing or a counter sample, with in-house section analysis, insert/pull-force and compression-load verification before tooling. Waterproofing, dust sealing, noise insulation and vibration damping are verified in the company laboratory against automotive weathering requirements.
