Molded Rubber Seals and Gaskets

Changfeng molds closed-frame and shaped rubber seals on hydraulic presses for applications where an extruded strip cannot follow the contour: hatch and door frames, inspection covers, lamp gaskets, manhole rings and machinery mounts. Corner joints are vulcanized for seamless corners, and the tooling shop cuts molds in-house so custom frames move from drawing to sample quickly. Compounds include EPDM, NBR and silicone matched to media, temperature and flame-retardancy requirements; sponge/dense dual-hardness frames are available. The company also molds plastic end caps, clips and PP/PA66 parts to complete assemblies. Each batch is checked for dimensions, hardness and compression set in the laboratory, with IATF 16949 process control behind the production lines.
