Marine Rubber Sealing Strips

Changfeng marine seal strips are specified for ships, yachts and floating equipment where watertight and airtight closing is critical. The range covers deck seals, porthole and window seals, hatch-cover gaskets, door-frame and bulkhead seals, ventilation grilles, interior-panel trim seals, railing seals and anti-slip strips. Compounds are EPDM-based and engineered for saltwater, high humidity and wide temperature exposure, retaining elasticity and sealing force after years on deck. Sections combine dense rubber bases with sponge bulbs or hollow chambers so hatch covers close with moderate force while achieving water-tightness. Custom sections are developed from hatch or frame drawings with section-structure analysis and compression testing, and long continuous lengths or weld-cornered frames are supplied.
