Automotive Interior Trim Seal Strips

Interior trim seals finish cabin edges while hiding panel gaps and damping vibration. Changfeng extrudes trim profiles in dense and sponge combinations, with fabric or flocking surfaces and a flexible steel or plastic insert that grips the sheet-metal edge without tools. Typical uses include pillar covers, door inner trim, seat rails, luggage compartments and dash panel edges. Colours match the interior scheme and the PVC/TPE/EPDM compounds are formulated for low VOC and non-sticky touch. Profiles can be supplied with an integrated sealing bulb so one strip both trims the edge and seals against dust and water ingress. Sections are custom-developed from drawings or samples with short sampling lead times.
