Moulded Rubber Products

Yuxiao moulds custom rubber parts including O-rings, gaskets, washers, bushings, plugs, caps, vibration mounts and sealing profiles. Compression, transfer and injection moulding run with NR, NBR, EPDM, CR, silicone, FKM and sponge compounds, with hardness from about 20 to 80 Shore A. Parts are produced to customer drawings or counter-samples, from small precision rings to larger moulded blocks, with trimming, post-curing and surface treatment as required. The rubber plant in Qinghe has operated for around 20 years, supplying sealing and damping parts into machinery, appliances, automotive accessories and construction applications. Material certificates and dimensional inspection reports accompany orders on request, and tooling is developed in-house from 3D files or samples.
