Injection Molded Plastic Parts

Yuxiao injection moulds small and medium plastic components such as caps, plugs, clips, bushings, covers and connector parts. Materials cover PP, PE, ABS, PA, TPE and other engineering thermoplastics selected for the application, with moulding on horizontal injection machines and post-processes including degating, annealing, printing and assembly. Parts are developed from 3D files or samples: the company builds the mould, tunes the process and delivers first articles for approval before series production. Typical applications are appliance and vacuum-cleaner components, filter end frames, automotive accessories and general hardware. Colour matching against Pantone or physical samples is supported, and packaging is arranged to the customer specification for series supply.
