Forged Metal Parts

Yuxiao supplies forged metal parts produced by partner forging workshops under its quality control, including yokes, clevises, lugs, brackets, shaft ends and custom hardware in carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless steel. Parts are hot die forged or precision forged, then normalised, machined and surface treated to the drawing, with thread cutting, drilling and zinc plating or blackening as required. Forgings serve machinery, automotive accessories, construction hardware and fastening applications, from small knuckle joints to medium structural fittings. Development follows the customer 2D or 3D drawing with sample approval before batch supply. As a trading-capable manufacturer registered for import and export, Yuxiao consolidates forgings with its rubber and plastic parts into mixed containers for overseas buyers.
