Pool Filter Cartridges

Yuxiao supplies pleated filter cartridges for swimming pools, spas and hot tubs. Cartridges are built with pleated polyester spun-bond media bonded to moulded ABS or PP end caps, with a moulded core or centre tube for flow stability. Open area, pleat count and media area are matched to the filter housing flow rate; common diameters and lengths for domestic pool and spa cleaners are covered, and top and bottom configurations are made to the customer sample. Media can be treated for antimicrobial performance and easier cleaning. The same pleating lines also produce filter cartridges for water treatment and aquarium equipment. Cartridges are supplied compressed-packed or boxed under the customer brand for pool maintenance distributors.
