ATV and Beach Bike Filter Kits

Yuxiao produces air filter and maintenance kits for ATVs, beach bikes, dirt bikes and small motorcycle engines. The core item is a double-density open-cell foam air filter, laminated with a paper or gauze inner element for two-stage filtration in sandy and dusty terrain. Kits can combine the foam element with a spin-on oil filter, in-line fuel filter and spark plug, packed as one service kit for a specific engine model. Foam density, oil-holding treatment and cage dimensions follow the customer airbox drawing, and colours are customised. The company has produced foam and rubber components for about 20 years, supporting consistent compression set and sealing performance across batches. Kits are private-labelled for ATV and motorcycle spare-parts distributors.
