Air Filter Elements

Yuxiao produces panel and radial air filter elements for engines, compressors and ventilation equipment. Constructions include single-stage pleated panels with PU or plastic frames, dual-element designs combining an inner paper cartridge with an outer foam wrap, and heavy-duty versions with galvanised diamond-mesh screens for dust-laden intake air. Media options span cellulose, cellulose-synthetic blend and washable foam, selected against filtration efficiency and pressure-drop targets. Gaskets are moulded from sponge or solid rubber to seal the housing. Element sizes, pleat counts, end-cap materials and gasket profiles are customised to the customer housing drawing, and existing platform sizes cover common small-engine and industrial applications. Cabin and fresh-air versions for appliances are produced on the same lines.
