PP Multi-Layer Composite Filter Mesh

The PP multi-layer composite filter mesh is the company's flagship filter material: several layers of high-efficiency composite PP filter paper are bonded into one structure that integrates pre-filtration and fine filtration in a single mesh. Hebei Jumei was among the first companies in China to introduce this high-efficiency, low-cost multi-layer composite PP filter paper for air purifier cartridges. Compared with conventional assemblies, the composite structure offers lower wind resistance, better purification efficiency and lower energy consumption, and it simplifies cartridge assembly for the customer. The mesh is produced on fully automated lines in the 13,000 m2 dust-free workshop, with width, layer count and grammage customised to the application. It is used both inside JUMEI NUO cartridges and supplied as filter material to other purifier and fresh-air system manufacturers. OEM and ODM projects are supported with fast sampling; MOQ from 100 pieces and a lead time of about 20 days.
