Cold Catalyst Activated Carbon Filter

The JUMEI NUO cold catalyst activated carbon filter combines an activated carbon bed with cold-catalyst treatment to target gaseous pollutants that particle filters cannot catch: formaldehyde from furniture and decoration, TVOC, benzene and everyday odours. The cold catalyst works at room temperature without power, promoting the decomposition of adsorbed formaldehyde instead of merely holding it, which slows saturation and lengthens service life. The filter is manufactured as a rigid panel or as part of a composite cartridge in the company's own dust-free workshop. Structure, carbon loading and size are customised to the customer's purifier model, and it can be paired with a pre-filter and HEPA stage to form a complete multi-stage system. Typical applications are household air purifiers for new decoration, offices, nurseries and bedrooms. OEM and ODM projects are supported with fast sampling and low customization cost; MOQ from 100 pieces, lead time about 20 days.
