High-Efficiency HEPA Filter Cartridge

The JUMEI NUO high-efficiency HEPA filter cartridge is the core fine-particle stage of household and commercial air purifiers. Its deep-pleat filter media captures fine particles such as PM2.5, pollen, smoke and airborne dust, and the large pleated surface keeps pressure drop low so the purifier delivers high clean air delivery rate at lower fan power. Cartridges are produced in panel and cylindrical form factors in the company's own automated dust-free workshop, with a dedicated testing laboratory checking every batch. Frame size, pleat count, media grade and gasket layout can be customised to the customer's purifier platform, and combined HEPA + activated carbon composite constructions are available as a single cartridge. The company was among the first in China to adopt high-efficiency, low-cost multi-layer composite PP filter paper. OEM and ODM projects are supported with fast sampling; MOQ from 100 pieces and a lead time of about 20 days.
