Honeycomb Activated Carbon Filter Panel

The JUMEI NUO honeycomb activated carbon filter panel carries granular activated carbon in a rigid honeycomb structure, which keeps airflow resistance low while presenting a large carbon surface to the air stream. It is the gas-phase stage for air purifiers, fresh-air ventilation units and industrial odour-control equipment, targeting formaldehyde, TVOC and odours. The honeycomb substrate, carbon loading and frame are produced and assembled in the company's own workshop, and panel dimensions, thickness and frame material are customised to the customer's unit. The panel can be used alone or stacked behind a pre-filter and HEPA stage as part of a multi-stage system. The factory runs under an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system with SGS test reports available. OEM and ODM projects are supported with fast sampling; MOQ from 100 pieces and a lead time of about 20 days.
