The MOES-500 is a two-axis four-gimbal gyro-stabilized electro-optical pod developed for large UAVs, helicopters and manned fixed-wing aircraft. It integrates a TV camera, near-infrared camera, mid-wave infrared thermal imager, short-wave infrared camera and laser rangefinder/designator for all-weather reconnaissance and surveillance, target identification and localization, and precision ground strike guidance.
