Xingye Hollow Sheet Knife Card Insert

A knife card inner fitting cut from PP hollow corrugated sheet, designed to separate and cushion each part inside a pallet box container. The cross slotted structure holds components upright and prevents metal to metal contact, which is critical for painted, polished or machined automotive surfaces. Processed in Xingye's own knife card workshop on automatic die cutting machines.
