The self-righting version uses a tumbler-style structure so the buoy cannot stay capsized in the water. It keeps the centimeter-level RTK + echo-sounding measurement chain of the hydrology version in rough conditions, transmitting water level, flow velocity, cross-section area and discharge data to the command center in real time.
