Custom Rubber Seals and Gaskets

Custom rubber seals and gaskets are the core product line of Hebei Jingzhun New Material Technology, produced in-house from raw material mixing through precision molding to vulcanization. Parts are made to customer drawings or physical samples and are available from small batches to high volume. Common materials are EPDM, silicone rubber and NBR. EPDM gives outstanding aging, ozone and weather resistance with good electrical insulation, silicone covers a -60 to 250 C range and is physiologically inert, and NBR resists mineral oils, fuels and lubricants. Typical applications are industrial equipment, automotive sealing and piping, where the parts provide leak-proof sealing together with aging and temperature resistance. Incoming material inspection, first-article and patrol inspection per batch, and final dimensional, hardness and tensile testing with batch traceability are carried out under the ISO 9001 system before shipment.
