NAVECO Co., Ltd. (Nanjing Iveco) is a commercial vehicle manufacturer with dual Fortune Global 500 shareholders - SAIC Group holding 80.1% and IVECO Group holding 19.9%. Its production base is built to WCM world-class factory standards and is a world-class, Asia-leading automated commercial vehicle production base. The base covers 1,265 mu (about 84 hectares) with a total investment of approximately RMB 4.5 billion, including about RMB 2.3 billion in equipment. It operates automated stamping blanking lines; the ABB robotic body welding line reaches a 35% automation rate at the world's leading level; the latest body painting process achieves car-grade surface fullness and corrosion resistance; and the powertrain plant has introduced first-class machining centres and assembly lines from Europe and the Americas, matching Italian technology levels. Its shops cover stamping, welding, painting, assembly, gearbox, F1 engine and EV assembly. The export portfolio covers four diesel families - the Daily range, the Turbo Daily range, the Fidato range and the Ouba 2045/2046 4x4 range - plus the Daily 4x4 professional off-road platform (Ouba Sonhai / Ouba Thunder), and three electric families - the Daily EV, the Fidato EV and the 11 m3 electric van series with pure-electric and extended-range power. Special-vehicle conversions include campers, ambulances, escort vehicles, refrigerated vans, engineering and service vehicles, with a Fidato RHD EV for right-hand-drive markets. Nearly 60 basic models and more than a thousand refitting solutions cover virtually every commercial duty.
