Hebei Kinglin Rubber & Plastic Tech Co., Ltd. has focused since 2014 on the R&D and production of five product series: silicone hoses, rubber hoses, sealing strips, molded hoses and dust boots. Today we are a professional manufacturing team of more than 280 people, and our modern facility covers a total floor area of 51,000 square meters with a monthly output of over 400,000 pieces. We are certified to ISO 9001, IATF 16949 (automotive quality) and ISO 14001, hold more than 10 technical patents, and have long worked closely with Fortune Global 500 companies. In 2025 our new smart manufacturing plant went into production with a full ERP system covering customer, order, production-planning and warehouse management for full-process traceability. Automated lines include silicone hose lines, rubber hose lines, robotic arms, sealing strip lines and molding lines. From mold development and 3D checking fixtures to sample approval, Kinglin offers one-stop OEM & ODM customization from drawings, samples or individual requirements. Our own R&D laboratory is equipped with hose pressure testers, high/low temperature chambers, pressure-holding airtightness testers and tensile testing machines. Across the whole process we run 52 inspections: 15 on raw materials, 18 during production and 19 on finished products before shipment. Our business reaches more than 120 countries across Europe, North America, South America, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific, providing stable supply for customers in auto tuning, heavy-duty truck components and industrial equipment.
