Hebei Haotian Filter Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a comprehensive enterprise integrating R&D, production and sales, specializing in medium and high-end automotive filters and mechanical filters. Founded in 2004, it covers more than 150,000 square meters and employs over 600 people, including 80+ senior engineers and technicians. With advanced production and inspection equipment introduced from home and abroad, it operates 10 PU filter lines, 12 PP filter machines, 4 oil filter lines and 12 air cabin filter lines, reaching an annual output of 80 million pieces. Since 2016 it also runs a packaging and printing workshop with an imported Heidelberg 6+1 printing machine. Since 2019 the company has invested 120 million RMB in its brake pad project, equipped with fully automatic mixing equipment, 32 hot press forming machines, ovens, automatic powder spraying lines and packaging lines. In 2022 a 138 million RMB high-end filter material project introduced fully imported equipment, realizing integrated production of filter materials, filters and packaging materials. 'Haotian' products cover all provinces and cities in China, undertake OEM production for multiple well-known enterprises, and are exported to the United States, Poland, Finland, Turkey, Brazil, Chile, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Russia and 30+ other countries and regions.
